About Joseph Scheuner Attorney, President
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis. Joe is a frequent lecturer and presenter to attorneys and accountants, financial advisors and other professionals on personal property preservation and sales issues. He has published numerous articles including recent works in both the Tennessee CPA Journal and the Probate and Property Magazine of the American Bar Association. As the owner/operator of a chain of 24 Memphis-area restaurants for 32 years, Joe is an expert in the processing and application of any and all federal tax credits available to businesses.

Rick has owned and operated a successful public accounting practice in Memphis, Tennessee for over 30 years. With extensive experience in both corporate and individual tax, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge to the US Tax Works team. A graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, Alison brings over 15 years of public relations and management experience to US Tax Works, LLC . As the company's lead client liaison, Alison strives to maintain a strong relationship with every US Tax Works client by personally overseeing each aspect of that client's tax credit portfolio.
